Service Description

One full day will be spent in the studio where Buffalo will give you information on the best brushes to use in any given situation, review the value of doing pre-painting sketches, planning a painting and using various watercolor papers for the best results. Learning new work habits and getting rid of bad ones that destroy your creativity will also be discussed. Keeping a clean color palette will be strongly emphasized The second day of class, will be spent doing traditional plein air watercolor at a location very close to the Garden of the Gods. We’ll work all day and relax a bit. Painting critiques may occur. This class is suitable for artists with watercolor experience. Lunch: 12:00 to 1:00 pm. Bring your own lunch or go to nearby University Mall No refunds after June 15.
